Kuta Beach is located in the western part of Bali Island, precisely in Kuta District, Badung Regency. On the advice of some tourism actors in Bali, finally Kuta Beach was made as the tourism center of Bali.
In the past, almost all of the beaches in Bali were where the sea turtles landed, the turtles that landed on Kuta beach were turtle (Lepidochelys Olivacea). With the crowds of tourists visiting this beach and lots of buildings around the beach, turtle nesting sites are decreasing. Along the beach, there are also many trees, ranging from coconut trees, rubber trees, pandanus, padanggalak and katang-katang trees. Katang-katang tree has a very important function because it is to protect the beach sand so that it is not carried by the waves during high tide.
